A grilfriend scooped me up this morning for a day in Lewes, lovely rummaging in junk shops, book shops and second hand shops!! fab lunch and delivered to the door home....wonderful day..........and so, to me home is where my family is, my friends are and scenes like this on my return, just half an hour ago, the rain stopped and the late sun emerged, this is heaven!!
This is so lovely Fanny, like a Constable painting and that sky is so dramatic with those bands of colours! It is tipping it down here, windy and just miserable! Yes, home is where the heart is, as they say..... (Fav by the way !)
I agree with Lucy - dreadful day here - one major 90 minute dog walk and simply soaked through until in the end I didnt even bother with my hood (rustles too much) and just let my hair get wet too! Lucky you having such a lovely day - its a fabulous shot, the colours are amazing - its not fair!!
What a wonderful, glorious autumnal view - can't believe we had any sunshine in the UK today although it's clear and cold here now. Your girlfriend sounds marvellous and your day sounded pretty fab too!
