Supper is Served

Bruce finds the cows so frustrating when he feeds because they are always in the way, walking right in front of the skid steer.
They don't know that he can't see them when he is carrying a big round bale because of the way the skid steer is designed.
And, falling snow with cold temperatures makes even more of a chore!
There were more than a few grumbles today - particularly from me. I was the one on the outside cutting the twines off of frozen bales!

With weather like you have you need to have everything prepared. Farming with animal must be hard cold work at the moment.

You are doing a sterling job Wendy...cutting string with frozen hands & using the camera too......beyond the call of duty!! Hard work in the snow. Do you have this much snow every winter & how long does it last?
