Have you ever seen a perfect flower glowing in the perfect light and not captured its' essence?
The shot is technically good with proper exposure and sharp focus. But it is not what I viewed outdoors. Perhaps it is missing the sweet song of the meadow lark, the soft breeze rippling the quiet water of the river, or the cool shadows of the oak tree.
Whatever it is, it is just not quite the same flower.
Well I wouldn’t be impressed with my name if I was called that! So beautiful it is too! Yes I think it could be missing the outdoor essence but to us it’s a beauty!
But, it is a beautiful photo. Your focus on each blossom is wonderful and the colors are very complimentary. It really stands out when viewed against the black background. Fav
