The nuthatch is one of my favourite birds the way they cling to the side of the tree trunk as they scurry up and down upside down.
Upside down seems to be their favourite position as a matter of fact!
I love to see little nuthatches too! They are such cute little birds. I sometimes see them on holiday when we walk in the woods. They are not very common in my area at all and in fact if my memory serves me correctly I think I have only ever seen one in all my years of walking around our local parks.

Stephanie - Did this photo, and the one of my border collie, Shadow come up on your home page or did you find it by just cruising through looking?
The reason I ask is that I hate to overwhelm everyone's homepage when I do a large upload so I upload in Restricted and then go back the following day to put it Public. They say that way it does not go onto the main homepage. Just wondering if it actually works that way!
Hi Wendy, I didn't notice them on my feed so I went back through it and they are there but i had to look back through 4 days worth of oics to find them. I think the site must be set up to work from the day you post them, not from the day you change the profile from restricted to public if that makes sense?
