I am now into year 9 of this ten year gardener's journal. I use it as a daily journal every morning as I enjoy my first cup of coffee of the day, looking back on what has happened over the last ten years on today's date.
It bothers my husband that it always sits on the corner of the kitchen table except when we have company and then it is moved into the living room. However, I see no reason to move it on a daily basis - and besides - it adds character to the kitchen!
How great that you keep a journal and it needs to be handy! Since you've completed 8 years and into the ninth, then your good man won't have to put up with it in the kitchen for much longer!
