He could well be working on his push-ups! I wonder if its easier when you have six legs. Great capture, V, with excellent focus and some definite bravery because these buggers are not the least bit hesitant to jump in your hair and get stuck there!

I came back to fav this one. While I was taking bumble bee pics I also had the chance to take a couple of grasshopper shots. As I looked at them through the viewfinder, I tried to make them look like yours does in this photo. None came out as well. You did really great with this guy!
