Close up of a Bird of Paradise leaf backlit by the sun.

Another for the Flash of Red 2018 with the emphasis this time on lines, repetitions and structure.

Also for the Macro challenge.

Superb! How like a brick wall, the structure of the blocks. They wouldn’t be the individual cells would they?

Izzy wizzy makes me dizzy! You've been inspiring me to add a few black and white images, though I am fairly late in the day for flash of red! But it's interesting to try.

Wow - there is so much detail and so many shapes to count. I like how you have angled it. Great one if I cannot sleep. Much better than sheep - least they won't move! Fab on black.

strangely I knew exactly what it was...as I have played around with that structure within my art practice...ended up doing a photo etching onto a zinc plate. Its a wonderful repetitive pattern.
