@jyokota Thank you! I use an elderly Nikon D40. Found a pre-owned Micro Nikkor 55mm f /3.5 lens on the internet and I added an AF 2x Teleplus MC7 DG converter. Although it says AF I have to use manual focussing but that might be down to the age if the camera. I also have to use manual on the 3.5 lens so it's very much trial, error and yet more error! It's a very good if steep learning curve:)
