@bintal Yes, it's a little pink house floating amongst the boats. It was made by Richard Woods as part of the Folkestone Triennial celebration. He dotted six of them in varying bright colours in the most unlikely places around the town to highlight the housing shortage. If you look closely, there's also a little orange house perched on the harbour wall just above the pink house :)
