Clifftops at Capel

Just had a bit of a light bulb moment - I was playing around with panoramas for my Get Pushed challenge this week from Joan @joansmor and found out by accident that Elements will not only stack horizontally but also vertically. Complete news to me. Found this out by accident as I wanted badly to include the sky as these were the first clouds we've seen for weeks so I did two separate panoramas of sky and land and Elements put them together ... I think I used about 16 shots for a combination of the above, but this was reduced with cropping.
@joansmor Thanks for the challenge Joan, I've really learned something here - no more panoramas with chopped off rooves! Felicity

Isn't it lovely when you find a new edit tool. I must check out if gimp can do this, sounds tricky to me.

@suzanne234 This is fun Suzanne! I realise the above is not strictly a pano because of the layout and my poor computer is struggling feebly to keep up with a 'proper' pano layout because of limited memory but I am enjoying playing so much:)

Now that sounds complex - but so worth including all that sky. What a geat coastline view.

Its really nice in B&W - sort of softens the landscape and creates a peaceful scene!

@fbailey You probably wont believe but it put mine had three rows. But that meant almost 20 across = so long and narrow. I keep trying

@joansmor Oh I saw yours had 58 in it Joan - that was so impressive! Until today I didn't realise Elements would stack both ways so that has been such a Eureka moment:) Don't think I'll be doing three rows for a long while yet though ...
