Station Shadows

Folkestone Station, once used to ship soldiers in their thousands across the Channel to war, has been pedestrianised and undergone extensive refurbishment. Sleepers have been utilised to form seating areas and wild flower beds planted between the train tracks.

Wonderful! I love when old things, no longer in use, are repurposed to continue being enjoyed. I really like the lines, shadows, and the dramatic sky. And, I like the almost magical quality of some of your photos. Fav and following.
