Get Pushed 322 - Leading Lines

My Get Pushed challenger this week was Joan, who suggested I choose my own challenge based on those issued over the past fortnight. This morning I drove over a little bridge and because I had to pull in at the side and give way to an oncoming car, I jumped out and looked over the bridge to see what was below. I've never taken a shot of railway lines before, and they fitted in well with the theme of Leading Lines. It also gave me the excuse to process in Silver Efex which was good fun with the ongoing SOOC challenge. I was getting processing withdrawal:)
@joansmor Hi Joan, hope the like the above, it seemed too good an opportunity to pass by this morning:) Felicity

Great leading lines (of course railroads are perfect for that!) and also great in black and white!

I really like this and the processing works so well here. Guston?

@redandwhite Yes, taken just down the road from the hay bales:)

Great b&w shot - train tracks and tunnels make for a strong image and, of course, leading lines :)

outstanding in b&w

Wonderful leading lines!

Great photo. Only suggestion would be to get the horizon horizontal. Only flaw that I can see. being SOOC, you couldn't get rid of the antenna in the back ground.

Still love it.

I'm a sucker for railway shots like this, there's just something about them that appeals. Wonderful lines and great in b&w. Might be an idea to straighten the horizon or the bridge.

Beautiful subject and capture. Was certainly worth jumping out of your car for. Fav ☺☺

Perfect in black and white it really puts the emphasis on the tunnel and leads you right into the picture.

@byrdlip @golftragic Thank you both for comments. I did straighten bridge but in colour version - decided to post b&w in the end but forgot about bridge! Yes, should have removed antennae too!! Comments much appreciated:)

Wonderful lines

Super lines!

Great lines and a bit confusing, is it a bridge or a tunnel?
September 26th, 2018
@ingajohansson I was standing on a bridge looking down and think there's another bridge in the distance with a tunnel very near to the bridge. It's probably not so clear in b&w:)

What an incredibly steep embankment. Full of depth and texture. You were right to be drawn to this view - it works really well.
