My Get Pushed challenger this week was Joan, who suggested I choose my own challenge based on those issued over the past fortnight. This morning I drove over a little bridge and because I had to pull in at the side and give way to an oncoming car, I jumped out and looked over the bridge to see what was below. I've never taken a shot of railway lines before, and they fitted in well with the theme of Leading Lines. It also gave me the excuse to process in Silver Efex which was good fun with the ongoing SOOC challenge. I was getting processing withdrawal:)
Great photo. Only suggestion would be to get the horizon horizontal. Only flaw that I can see. being SOOC, you couldn't get rid of the antenna in the back ground.
I'm a sucker for railway shots like this, there's just something about them that appeals. Wonderful lines and great in b&w. Might be an idea to straighten the horizon or the bridge.
@byrdlip@golftragic Thank you both for comments. I did straighten bridge but in colour version - decided to post b&w in the end but forgot about bridge! Yes, should have removed antennae too!! Comments much appreciated:)
@ingajohansson I was standing on a bridge looking down and think there's another bridge in the distance with a tunnel very near to the bridge. It's probably not so clear in b&w:)
Still love it.
