Cannot believe I'm doing this - I never appear in photographs. My father was a very keen camera enthusiast, even used to do his own developing in the upstairs cupboard. He was always trying to get one of us to pose for him and I always ran.
Oh I'm so pleased you are! It's always nice to see the face behind the camera, much easier to spot should you ever bump into each other! On another note, your mosaic must have took forever!
That's so well done, I really like it! And it's good to see you :-) It's interesting how many people (like me) who enjoy taking pictures are so reluctant to appear in them.
Great effect! The only disadvantage to being the photographer I think is that people rely on you to take shots on family occasions, friends nights out etc so I tend to not be on the photos and looks like I was never there!
Your hair's grown! Once you've got your mosaic "template" I suppose (thinking with shared grey cell here) you could superimpose just about anything.
How many hours were you working this time?
Super effort.

I, like you and a lot of other photographers, hate being in front of the camera. You're brave to put yourself out there. I like the effect you've created.
@jesika2@robz@merrelyn I used the mosaic last month so it was just a matter of adding another layer and faffing about with opacity etc. I would have liked to have covered up more but settled for camouflaging the lines:) And yes, the original mosaic took ages!
such a cool selfie! and very nice to see you :) congrats on starting on year two btw. my pa was also a keen photographer ... while i only came to it late in the day ...
