I have played all morning with poppies. I've over exposed them, focus stacked them, turned them into b&w and rejected all of them - I now must get a life!

@paul10 I use PS Elements 11. Had two images of two poppies, focus centred on separate poppy stamens. Did a Photomerge on Exposure but it worked too well. Both centres were really sharp but petals all soft edged and it looked wrong somehow. Hope this helps:)
