Missed all the sunshine today and the forecast tomorrow looks hideously stormy - drew inspiration from @Soulabsolution's lemon shot and cut myself a slice... it clearly didn't end up in the drink with ice! (Well not yet anyway!)

@marthaeo Thank you! I cut out a piece of clear plastic from some old packaging and put the lemon onto it, above a lamp. It was too bright so I put the lamp on its side and took the photo on there. All very yellow and sunny but I felt the lemon got lost so I did a bit of selective colouring, ie changed it to b&w and then coloured the yellow back in (on picnik). If you look at it enlarged you'll see the bits I missed around the edges! A lot of fuss for 'just a bit of lemon' but I did like the sunniness!
