Happy Pancake Tuesday! I know about that tradition over there! Pays to have a sweetheart who lives there. He was on his way home from a nurse visit at the hospital today when he came upon a woman giving away homemade pancakes on the street. She had a griddle and everything right there on the spot. Very creative L-etter today... I forgive you for it being a tortilla. Who can resist pancakes. I hope you used maple syrup as a topping. If you've never had it, let me know via email and I will see if customs lets me send it. As for this picture, well done! :)
