There is only one...Peacock butterfly, and only one chance to get a shot of it. At least I only got one chance and I felt quite privileged to see it, get anywhere near it, and get a shot of it out in the wild. (Today's word 'animal / there is only one')

...impressed! In between sitting on the floor in the garden trying to get my shot today I danced around trying to catch a number of butterflies, they don't sit still for long do they? FAV
These are such beautiful butterflies - I remember spending many summers growing up wanting to see one, after spotting a picture in a book. Then one year they were attracted to plants in the garden and we had many visits :)
I'm trying to catch up now I'm home from uni and really only have time to comment on one photo from each of you so this is the one of yours I've chosen as my favourite. I adore the vibrant colours in this. It's beautiful and a fav xx
