Well it felt a bit wicked to be taking the colours out of these, too, but the month is nearly over and I can go mad with colour in march if they live a little longer.
Such pretty, frilly snowdrops, they are growing in the churchyard and the sun today was pretty so I got way down low trying to capture all three.
Thank you for all your kind (and encouraging!) comments on my focus shot... after day 2 I think that putting contact lenses in is definitely easier than taking them out, near-vision isn't perfect but most-vision is miles better (than without) and I'm told my eyes look bigger, possibly because I'm not squinting to focus any more :)
Have a fantastic Friday mwah!
Lovely lacy Spring flowers! Phil, I have to tell you that I saw your post yesterday right before my scheduled eye appointment so I asked my doctor about contacts. I wore them home for a ten day trial! I was ecstatic because I could SEE without glasses! Then last night I struggled till I cried trying to get it out of my eye. Took an hour. Hoping that part gets easier. Thanks so much for the inspiration!
@redy4et Putting them in and taking them out gets a lot easier. I actually miss wearing contacts. I get the disposables and the ones you can sleep in for a week (usually). Now I have to get the ones for astigmatism so it's a real pain because they don't feel right sometimes because I have an eye that it comes and goes in (which is not normal and I told my eye doc that I have never been normal... lol). It's all mind over matter. You will get used it ... both you and Phil @filsie65!
