Ceanothus blue for my Quilt

My (potted) ceanothus produced a few flowers which have already faded so I was pleased to spot this one by the local pub in the morning sunshine. It's been photo-bombed but if it's to be a memory of summer I guess it's inevitable to have at least one bug in the patchwork..!
