A little place to think (ONS8)

My gosh I Did take a photo of something architectural on Wednesday, I had quite forgotten. We had a most unusual afternoon... we visited the Newton Cowper museum in the spring with our good friends, one of whom decided to offer to supply a beautiful engraved bench for the garden. The idea had come to him while sitting on a bench for a group photo opposite this little 18th century summer house. It was where William Cowper would sit and think and write his poems, along with his friend John Newton who wrote 'Amazing Grace' and helped William Wilberforce to abolish the slave trade. The bench was installed and 'dedicated' with a speech and a few glasses of bubbly and it was our great pleasure to be there and share in the moment.
This shot was attacked with a little 'orton' effect which I felt enriched it and gave it a nice glow.
Goodness me if you've read all that, thank you! And thank you for calling by :)
Lovely little summer house, but I assumed it was an old privy on first sight. Then again a privy might be a good place to sit and write poetry.

Isn't that where most people get there best ideas? Even in modern ones? Great shot, Phil!
