Well, I'm back home in York after my visit to see my oldest daughter Louise and her family in Buckinghamshire.
Time to reflect on a wonderful few days, with several excellent walks to places I've never visited before, but more importantly time spent with family. It's amazing to see how much my grandchildren change between visits, even though I see them about every two months. Fascinating too to hear the plans that Louise and her husband Nigel have for their futures when they move back to Yorkshire next year.
The reflection photo itself was taken this lunchtime at the pond in the Homestead Park here in Clifton, York, and as you can see, autumn colours are now making an appearance in the trees. The park is beautiful this time of year, and the colours change almost daily.
Love this shot, and enjoyed both aspects of the reflections! It's always a bit sad when you leave the grandchildren behind again. I'm desperately hoping my son's baby arrives while I'm with them this week!
Thank you Gloria, and thank you for the fav!
