Pumpkin

I spotted this on a local walk a few days ago, and I loved the rather puzzled expression on the face. It was in a garden of the housing built on the site of Clifton Hospital.

I felt quite sorry for this lonely pumpkin, since there wasn't another anywhere within sight.

Halloween turned out to be very quiet around here. Possibly the announcement of a new national lockdown had a depressing effect on many people, but the rapid ride in Covid-19 cases made it inevitable. Stay safe everyone.

You are right Vesna, death and blood are certainly not funny. Why are peple so often drawn to the negative side of life?

Maybe because people are full of prejudices. They think that someone is bad because is different , he is black or poor or Muslim or homosexual, and they "fight" against them. We have to teach children that only important are words and works of person and nothing else.
