There was a prolonged fall of show this morning, but it was melting almost as quicky as it was falling. Still, it was nice to see a little cover of snow, so I went for a short walk to record it, doing my best to avoid other walkers - not being antisocial, but being Covid-19 safe.

It wasn't as cold as it looks. By the time of this shot the snow was melting quite quickly, and the temperature would have been just above freezing point. Most of the snow has now gone - not enough left to make a snowball today!
I read your comment and went into 'good old days' mode and thought about how it used to be when I was a lad (when it would start snowing in October and not stop until Easter!).
