Still in Sheffield at the Peace Gardens, and this time a giant Christmas present. The photo was taken by Katharine on her last visit to see her dad in his care home.
I love the gold ribbon and bow on this. I'm sure there won't be a Christmas present this big for me on Christmas Day, but that isn't important. The biggest gift of all was the birth of a baby two thousand years ago, and the massive changes that were made to the world in his name. No other present can compare with that.
Katharine didn't manage to find the tree that would hold the bauble from yesterdays photo. I don't think she looked hard enough, since it must have been huge and easy to see!

I'm becoming increasingly impressed by the variety of decorations that we have found this year. The bright lights are a great uplift in these dark days.
