Credits to Sardinia's climate for the bluest skies I'm seeing in ages! @kali66 usually I fill them with a stuffing of ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and a few chopped anchovies. 3' in the oven (if you have a wood hearth even better) and they're done!
