This week's theme is "Sleep". In August I did a Wyoming bike ride with my son and while driving there and back we listened to this book from Matthew Walker PhD. This is a really good book with 4.8 stars and over 2,100+ ratings.
@domenicododaro I think you would really like this book. Read it if you can. Its a best seller in the USA. Really insightful about sleep, its benefits and debunks a lot of myths about being able to perform well with little sleep. Bottom line is people need REM sleep to remember things and to help in aging. Give it a go if you can find the time!
@mikegifford ooh didn’t realize it was so popular / a best seller... I had Domenico’s reflex (“I’d fall asleep at the wheel with an audio book like that”) but it sounds very interesting. We all need more sleep...
