The Norman-Swabian Castle

When I go visit my parents in Cosenza, I try to steal half an hour to visit the Castle. Sometimes there are new rooms restored and open to the public, this wide opening offers an exceptional view on the valley. It is certainly my favorite part of my birth city.

Splendid looking! I did a quick Google search so this must be Norman Castle on the hill. I think this view looks like its towards the north, but I could be mistaken. Beautiful looking castle for sure!

I can see why this would be a favorite part -- the sense of being embraced by a familiar and beloved setting, overlooking a view . . . the silhouette is a good choice for sharing this view and setting with us.
