i need to do ten plank exercises (fifty counts each) in the morning and ten again in the evening (again, fifty counts each). apparently the plank helps to keep the stomach muscles flat and the butt muscles firm. well, it's either plank or push ups. of all exercises, i refuse doing push ups. five of this totally zap my energy, let alone ten.

I do a 1 minute plank every morning. And it does keep the stomach flat ... to the ground ... :D Just kidding. I have no idea if it does anything. I've been doing this for a year and a half now.
