Ok , so how does a normal "mum with a camera" become a "mad crazy mum with a camera" ? Today i think i found the answer ! and ive decided its all "mr Sony A-230" 's fault !!
Let me explain .....
It was drawing near to nursery run time and the 3 year old was finishing his lunch, i decide to wash up a few bits before we leave , as i run the water i stop and gaze at the bubbles thinking what a good shot it would be if i could ccapture the bubbles right. So out comes the camera and many random items start getting dipped into the bubbles looking for a interesting effect.... 10 mins later not happy with whta i had i reached for the dice i had conviscated off the 3 year old earlier that morning as he was throwing them at me ! .... anyhow plonking a handful of bubbles on the bunker and a dice on top i begin to snap away happily. A few mins later the 3 year old wanders in and i jokingly blow a handful of washing up bubbles at him , which quickly becomes a fun game with shreiks of laughter ! ..... then i realise the time run out of the door with no makeup (as id run out of time) and rush the 3 year old to nursery. ..... I return home to a kitchen full of mess , the washing up still not done and a sinking realisation that with all the fun bubble moments with my son i didnt take a photo !! so i missed capturing his laughter and ended up with the dice !!
So ta "Mr Sony a-230" , you've turned me into a mum thats just slightly mad ..........
@lislee75 ~ hehe ! i think im the one sinking in madness :) .... but yup it does look like its sinking , there were bubbles everywhere by the end of it hehe !
Ahhh this is cool. This project is making me do mad things too. The kids have got used to stepping over me on the floor when I'm lying down to take pictures.
As I read your story, I was thinking of commenting, "Aren't all Mom's crazy?" But I see the other Mom's have beat me to it! Life's a blast. We just need to keep our heads above the threshold and capture some memories to savor along the way. Still a nice, bright, happy photo. :-)
Im a Crazy Mum too... Crazy and Proud of it LOL Ive overflowed the sink alot and blamed the Laptop calling Me LOL Fab Shot, Love the Colour of the Dice and Bubbles
The best thing about being a stay at home mom is being silly. I love this story. I often get so wrapped up in the moment I miss some great shots. Fabulous story!
Another spectacular image! Your story is so hilarious. I have found myself stopping in the middle of supper, or at a friends house while playing games, to get a photo. Isn't it wonderful!
