What I eat is my freedom ...

117 / 365

I'm lucky enough that I've always been naturally inclined towards healthy food - but for a very long time have suspected that the way I felt pretty much all the time - could not be normal, always so tired & flat & lacking in energy. I know lots of people feel that way, but I felt it to the point that I was sure there was something causing it, it was beyond the normal tiredness of daily life.

6 weeks ago I made radical changes to my diet ... and can report that I have never felt better in my life. Ever! The changes are so profound & significant for me that I felt like sharing the good news! And I felt better after only a couple of days.

Last night I had a late night snack on a big bowl of yoghurt with kiwi fruit and fresh blueberries, which I squashed a bit with a fork & heated on the stove til they turned all juicy. YUM!

Incredible what a difference diet makes, but it can be mighty tough to change. Glad you're feeling much better. Your snack sounds wonderful. :)
