After Mum had cataracts removed, she was able to enjoy reading again so I cross-stitched a bookmark for her which she used. On sorting through her things after she died, I found it again. It must have been precious to her and now it's even more precious to me. Can't believe I was able to find the extra threads left in my cross-stitch box (eventually @helenjane) and now I have an entry for the macro-thread challenge.
