on my brother's house has to be cut back each year and this time Dan offered to go up the ladder. It's a grim job, not helped by the uneven flagstones below. Usually I'm sat on the pig bench at the bottom getting covered in dust, leaves and spiders whilst my brother does the clipping but today I was on the brush and wheelbarrow. It's a job well done now though.
Job well done. This is the kind of photo that it is great to look back on to bring back memories. I do like that bench in the corner - shame you were put to work this time! Apologies for my recent absence - just a quick catch up of the last 10 days now!

I am not good at climbing ladders, I leave that job to David, but I am usually the one holding the ladder so it doesn't slip and I get covered with the clippings.
