OK, so this and the last post are obviously the same photo, just processed differently (I have a couple different color versions, too, but won't bore you with all of them). The previous one is my traditional B&W flavor, but with this version I decided to do something a little different: instead of preserving that old, quaint history feel, I processed it so it almost looks like a futuristic, Armageddon-ish type landscape, almost like it could be another world. What do you think?
The photo itself was taken out side Goldfield, CO, which is rich in CO mining history. In fact, the mining ruins pictured here sit in the shadow of an active, much larger mining operation further up the mountain.
