Another Cliff Walk

We went for a stroll on Bolberry Down this morning. The scenery was stunning. When my father-in-law retired in the 80s he worked for the National Trust and was responsible for repairing the coastal path. There are two benches in his memory overlooking the sea.

One of the last clipper ships (sails) floundered off here in the 1930s. My dad watched the crew being winched ashore.
