The Tudor Rose

The Tudor Rose
The Tudor Rose symbolises the union of the House of York and the House of Lancaster. It was adopted by Henry Vii in 1486 after the Wars of the Roses. It represents peace, unity and the end of conflict. There are quite a few examples in King’s College Chapel
Wonderful building for its age.
