Yes, I bring library books when going across the country. Today was rough working -- everyone was tired, no one could concentrate (or wake up), and then at the end of the day they announced that we were behind and would be working overtime tomorrow.
This shot is for get-pushed challenge to take photos of hobbies. I thought, all my things are at home and when I get home Wed, we're leaving again right away, how can I do this challenge???? Then I realized that I don't travel light when it comes to reading material.
Not sure if books qualify as a hobby or as the staff of life.
You know they have these "Kindles" You can take hundreds of books in your purse. LOL I know you are one of those who likes the feel of a real book. They sure make better photos.
