This is a prototype for the album cover challenge, the natural-looking version. While I waited all day yesterday for some visitors who never arrived, I also made some psychedelic versions. I can’t decide which one to post, so I might have to enlist Joe to make the selection. He often has very strong opinions on which picture has the most merit. I sometimes don’t agree with his favorites, but then, after some time has passed, I usually see why his choices are the best. It’s weird how time and distance are such essential elements in editing.
If this was done yesterday, what did I do today? If I even did anything, I’m sure it didn’t involve the garden or the house, though I did rescue the laundry room from flooding that occurred because of a drainpipe that was not put back after mowing. The rugs and mats are all propped up and draining into buckets. It will take days for them to dry out. The flooding punctured a hubris balloon as I was so proud of the newly spacious, cleared-out laundry room. The flooding also provoked an unexpected rage, half a memory habit of helpless rages over past depredations carried out by the perpetrator while he was drinking and half from some current dissatisfaction I can’t quite identify.
A magnificent choice for your album cover very nicely done. I hope you post the psychedelic One as well as it would be so appropriate for the subject matter!
It's a month later. Any clues on the rage?
