(and, it looks like high ISO as well was chosen by the cell phone. Cell phone camera has HDR, but regular camera does not. I took many pictures, trying to figure out what the HDR setting was doing. For many pictures there was little difference, but for this one, it did somewhat balance the dark back side of the apples with the bright light over the stove
