Yummo. Is this yours, Fran? We get takeaway pizza once a week. I refuse to make it at home because it never comes out quite right in a regular oven. What toppings were on these?
@frappa77 - My wife and I went to a new pub last week called Stone Church Pizza House and Brewpub. It was formerly a church. One of their signature meals is wood-oven pizzas. Didn't try one this time, but we had a good view to the chef as she baked one.
@frappa77 - Our favorite specialty pizza place is called Aldo's. He is Italian who came to America 20+ years ago. He worked in a mill until things started slowing down. He bought a small building and opened a restaurant. He is doing well. Every year he closes the restaurant near the end of July and all of August and goes to visit his family in Italy. My wife said she wants to see Italy. Who knows maybe this year. If that happens you'll have to tell us in what city Sebastiano's is in.

I never met someone who doesn't like pizza, but I know someone who is not able to cook it: me! Ahahahahah! Luckily, my husband and 3 of his friends opened a pub with this wood-owen and Sebastiano, their pizza chef, is really great! Pizza "margherita" is with tomato and mozzarella; pizza "alla boscaiola" is with mushrooms, mozzarella and sausage; pizza "alla gricia" is with cheek lard, pecorino and pepper... 🍕🍕🍕
