Northerlies by frida

Northerlies

16 / 365
OK, I took this yesterday and I had some good ones today, but this must be shared. The Northerlies were really strong and so I dragged my family out for a drive around the many bays here in Wellington. We just drove through the dark clouds you see o the right when the sun broke it right through.
A quick halt and almost blown into the sea by the wind and here you are. I was so happy to have just cleaned the lens from the previous soaking we got!

Better viewed large.

Welcome to 365! Just looked through your recent photos and liked them a lot.
This one reminded me of the work of John Martin who was a 19th century painter.
