Ogwen valley and Tryfan from the Glyders

Fabulous day on the Glyders on Monday. Like these mountains much better than Snowdon actually. The views are amazing. Decided to go with b&w for this view over Tryfan. Not sure why - reminds me of photo's I took when I used to go there as a student. Ps all weekends should be 4 days long
The b and w works great. Such a threatening sky

Stunning location photo!

... and another fav from me. This has a touch of the Ansel Adams to it: don't suppose you fancy lugging a plate camera up the mountainsides though.

@automaticslim Ask me tomorrow when I can walk properly again. Still a bit stiff today. Although maybe if I lost a stone or so...

Great dramatic shot. Hope you had fun in the glyders, last time I went there it was a complete whiteout and several feet of snow!

Can we make a 4 day weekend a law all around the world? Great view, focus, love the b&w, everything is just right.

@sailingmusic Yes! As soon as I rule the world. It would solve unemployment, over consumption and stress all in one go.
