@jo13 Thank you so much, Jo. I know what you mean... the dandelion pictures are really amazing. I loved the colouring behind this one. The reds and greens are the red brick and green window edgings of the terrace houses where I live. It's funny, because my husband held this up for me to photograph and wanted to move it so the houses weren't behind, thinking the background would look 'ugly', but I asked him to stay there because I knew the lens would create a beautiful blur of colour, rather than detail, and it turned out exactly right! Phew.... :)
