A Room with a View

I hurt my neck almost two months ago. Initially thought I had broken it but ended up with four bulging discs in the neck and a trapped nerve causing loss of strength to the arm and hand and numb fingers. Today I am at the hospital waiting to go up to surgery and get two replacement discs inserted and the nerve released. This is the view from the room prior to surgery. At least taking a shot occupies my time.

So sorry to hear about your surgery! After reading your other posts I know that all went well. That seems like a huge building going up there, part of the hospital?
