I expect the river level has gone down recently Lee. I really like how you've got the water coming right into the lens.
It's a great spot for a photo isn't it? http://365project.org/bluefirebucket/365/2013-01-03

@dh It's here - http://www.about-rivington.co.uk/explore/lead-mines-clough-lower-waterfall/ There's more water than would normally be found. Thank you.

Beautiful shot; spectacular pov.
January 11th, 2016
great skill, really slow water with sharp background....

I like the sense of movement and flow of the water created by the long exposure here. Nicely done.

Wonderful shot, Lee, fabulous sense of movement. Very nicely captured.
I do wonder if I might make a suggestion. Have you looked at the image with the very top cropped down, to remove the small bit of sky. It seems to pull my eye up towards it and is a bit distracting. I know it changes the shape of the image, but I think it makes the image even stronger by focusing your eyes into the rocks in the foreground.

@markp Now that you mention it I do see what you mean, Iv'e posted an edited version in my other folder, I couldn't crop it without losing quite a bit of the foreground water, so I've stretched it instead with PS: select all / edit / transform / distort, Then pull the image up. Thank you for the feedback. http://365project.org/gamelee/2014/2016-01-12

Love the flowing water

Half a second? That's a lot of water then. I regularly try this when I have the opportunity but it never really turns out well.
