See Yesterday. by gamelee

See Yesterday.

Here are the two original images I used to create yesterdays image.
Like most people interested in photography I have a good few thousand that have never seen the light of day, so combining them to create a composite is great fun, as well as a great way to learn your photo editing software.
Why not have a go at creating something from your own!
You really are very good with this, looking forward to some more :).

Now ! you completely fooled me ! - he did look better in situ on the rocky tomb than as a statue in front of this building ! Well done you , Lee .

Well I think he should be there permanently as it looks amazing....I’m sure he would like to recline by that reservoir too! I seem to have missed your shots lately...

If only I had a filing system that would allow me to find the right images for the job without spending hours upon hours.

It was a great composite! I would like to learn to create one.

It crossed my mind, but it was done with such a good eye for details that I didn't trust my own judgement :-)

I saw the original shot and thought "who would put a statue on a mountain top like that?" Well now I know it was the magic of photo-processing. It was totally believable and the black and white treatment made it very "documentary". Excellent work all the way around!

Beautiful image. I particularly like the view of the river from your pov.

Yes - that rock was just made for him!! What a wonderful end result - so perfectly believable with the b&w effect. :)
