He was sitting and staring intently at the door of a nearby bar...I guess the door his owner had disappeared through. They always look so sad to me, just sitting and waiting, like this.
I like all the tones in your shot. This gave me a sort of 'lump' in the chest to see the dog - but they are good at waiting and hope the owner arrived soon!
