Sorry this isn't clearer but the snow was really swirling around and producing almost white-out effects at times. The birds all seemed to be staying under cover but the squirrels were still out there going after the peanuts I'd put out a little earlier. BOB.
Joanne! I managed to order a birdcage similar to this one, I put it out on a snowy day and waited with my camera -- bit the fault of my plan is that it had't been out there long enough for birds to know it and ultimately, I had to shake it free of all the snow and the bird seeds fell to the ground. But a squirrel on the cage? Now that, I might be able to copy!
I’m glad you found one. It took a while (a couple of days maybe) before the birds found mine and then a little longer before the first brave ones were willing to go in.
