A wonderful capture of this very handsome bird. A while back a friend gave me a gift, a pair of cardinals which were salt and pepper pots. We don’t get cardinals here and I don’t think my friend knew what they were, she just liked them. Thanks to 365 and your photos in particular I knew instantly what they were. I love them, they take pride of place on the dining table. Perhaps one day I’ll take a photo of them.
