Celebrate America

For one day, let's take a break from complaining about America to celebrate America. ...Anonymous

Happy 4th of July!
This is a portion of a small table I covered with "broken plates" referred to as Pique Assiette or Picassiette. It is a French term meaning "stolen from plate". The pieces are cemented onto a base to create a new surface, restricted only by the creator's imagination.

Nice on Black.
Happy 4th of July to all 😀

@ludwigsdiana @lyndamcg @sarahlth @yogiw @seattlite @danette @carole_sandford @wendyfrost I hope everyone enjoyed their 4th of July! Hooray for the red, white and blue! I love the patriotic table I made out of black and white plates with different patterns on them. It is a side table in my dining room.
