I saw this one simple leaf sitting on the patio and it captured my interest. Our backyard patio and walkways are made with old beehive kiln bricks, which we put down ourselves, every Sunday and it took almost a year to complete. Some of the bricks say Ione (pronounced i-own) and Amador on them...little pieces of California history. You can see a bit more of our patio, posted Oct. 9, 2016, Nov 6 and 22, 2016.
